Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's fourth meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Brussels kicks off.
The meeting is also attended by President of European Council Charles Michel.
It is expected that the procedure for establishing a bilateral commission to develop the Azerbaijan- Armenia peace treaty will be agreed upon at this meeting.
